I Don’t Look Happy


As of today, I’m two days into the Intrafit 6 week body shaping program. I started my cardio 3 days ago, getting at least 45 minutes and sometimes 1 hour a day. This program only calls for weights 4 days per week and cardio 3 days, but that’s not realistic for me. Experience has shown me that to drop weight fast, I need that hour of cardio daily.


The new diet is interesting. It’s 725 calories per meal consisting of a mix of 20% Complete Protein
60% Carbohydrates and 20% Fats. It’s not calories restrictive at all, just about the mix and that you are supposed to eat every 3 – 4 hours from the time you get up until you go to bed. The result is that I’m basically full all the time. When I don’t get to the meal in the 4 hours though, my energy drops like a stone.


The measuring and prepping of the food has been tough. I suppose I will get faster with this work but it’s really caused me to have to get in late and work late and has thrown my schedule out of whack. Eventually I want to get better sleep discipline so I can do my cardio in the morning and have more energy for a more serious workout at night.


I’ll do cardio only the next few to get through the film shoot Saturday and will started the dual workouts Monday if all goes as planned.

All This PLUS Oatmeal

I’m going to do my level best to follow this diet as closely as possible. It’ll take comittment and focus. Ironically I’m more concerned with the diet than the workouts.
