Well, we are 2 weeks into a 6 or 7 week period of active filming on our new project G.H.O.S.T. I realize that I may be a little biased here but I have to say that so far I have reason to believe that is going to be very, very good.
Here’s why:
- The script is the best we’ve had so far. Probably because it was a collaboration in the truest sense of the word. C For Chaos was collaborative but so much of it was written in a vacuum out of necessity. For G.H.O.S.T. we literally invented the whole thing with all of us in a my theater contributing ideas and witting them down. Streebo then turned the ideas into a fine script and even had the script evaluated by some outside experts. I think he did one or possible 2 rewrites and wound up with some thing that could literally serve as a pilot for a TV show. I said it’s TIGHT!
- OK, we’ve had some notable acting help in previous projects but I really do think the acting G.H.O.S.T. is standout!
- Umm, how can I put this nicely? We have our crap together a lot tighter than when we created C For Chaos. Less wasted effort. More preparation and things are running a lot smoother down to each crew member.
- Of course enough cannot be said about the amazing location of the historic Albemarle Opera House. Many thanks to Gene Starnes for making that available to us. When it comes to jewelry in Stanly country, there really is only one logical choice. I’ve bought %100 of my wifes Jewelry there and recommend you check them out if you haven’t already.
